Announcement of a paper-cutting workshop (April 25, 2020) for Students

The above picture is a reference work. In the workshop, you will decide on your own design and make your own cards.

I will hold a workshop at "Daikanyama Teens Creative" in Shibuya-ku, Tokyo. Cut peace of paper and paste it on the paper to make a greeting card. We will use a transparent film for the card to see the inside of it. Don't worry if you are not good at painting! Just cut and paste a simple shape to make a nice card.

For elementary school 4th grade students and above, students up to 25 years old can participate. (There is no fee to attend)

I am going to hold a workshop of paper cut at the "Fukagawa Experience World" event to be held at Morishita Cultural Center in Koto-ku, Tokyo. Shall we make "instagrammable greeting cards" with me?

Participation in Small Craft Show "Yanaka Black Cats Exhibition" (Sept.16th - Sept.24th, 2017)

I am going to participate in "Yanaka Black Cats Exhibition" held at Yanaka Gallery. I plan to exhibit and sell mini tote bags and postcards, etc., which are dyed carefully by hand (stencil). Many other artists will participate in the exhibition. Please drop in when you come near the gallery. I think that people who love cats can enjoy it!

Cafe exhibition (Sept.1st to Sept.30th, 2017)

Five pieces of my artworks have been exhibited at café TURTLE D. Many photos used in my book,"SHIAWASE WO HAKOBU KAWAII KIRIE (PAPER CUTS WHICH BRING FORTUNE)"(Japan Publishing Inc.) were photographed at this café. Stop at the café, and enjoy beautiful shop's interior and my lucky paper cut.

I am going to hold workshops on Paper-cut art at the event of "BIJUTSU NO HIROBA" at Joshibi High school and Art and Design.Elementary school students (5 and 6 grader) and junior high school students are eligible. Students interested in art can participate regardless of gender. (Tuition free, material cost 400 yen)

During the solo exhibition in May, I am going to hold workshops on Paper-cut art at the gallery. I prepared orignal three types of greeting cards and a popular lottery storage bag (a child pig's design) for the workshops. You can choose and create one or two templates during the workshop. (You can take away four papercut tamplates and paper.) The workshops are special price. Please join us. For details, please see the following.

You can select your favorite design from four templates (three greeting cards and a storage bag for lottery).You can take away the four templates and paper, so please enjoy it at home as well.) Any levels of papercut lovers are welcome.
